At Iqra Mubiin, we are committed to providing top-notch graphic design services that meet your exact needs. We understand that revisions are sometimes necessary to achieve the perfect design, and we've outlined a clear refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

100% Refund Guarantee on First Draft:

If you are not completely satisfied with your design at first glance, we offer a 100% refund.  Simply let us know within a reasonable timeframe(24hrs) of receiving the design.

Limited Refunds After Revisions:

We will happily revise your design up to 2-3 times to ensure it meets your expectations.  However, after this point, a 50% refund will be offered if you are still not satisfied.

No Refunds After Source Files Delivered:

For quality control purposes, source files are only delivered after full payment is received. Once you have received the source files,  refunds are no longer available.

Upfront Payment Required for Source Files:

If you require the source files upfront, we require full payment before delivering them. This ensures a smooth process and protects our work.

Clear Communication is Key:

We encourage open communication throughout the design process.  Providing us with clear feedback from the beginning helps us create a design you'll love. Don't hesitate to ask questions or provide detailed revisions to ensure we meet your vision.
