Welcome to our Graphic Design Freelance Service, operated by Iqra Mubiin and Mehwish Mubiin ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Service Description

We are a team of freelance graphic designers with over 7 years of experience specializing in a wide range of design services, including:

• Logo design

• Branding

• Illustration

• Brochures & Flyers

• Social Media Graphics

• Presentations

 Project Engagement

Free Consultation: We offer a free consultation to discuss your project requirements and answer any questions you may have. You can book a consultation through our website or contact us directly.

Project Initiation: Work on your project will only begin after we receive the initial 50% deposit of the total project fee.

Payment Policy

• We require a 50% deposit upfront before commencing work on your project.

• The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion and your approval.

• We send invoices for your convenience through Payoneer, a secure platform facilitating international transactions.

Asset Usage

• We offer a selection of assets on our dedicated assets page, including both free and premium options.

• Clients who purchase premium assets can request the source files by contacting us directly.

Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights to the completed work, including designs, concepts, and source files, belong to you upon full payment.

• We reserve the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio or for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon with you.

Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing clear and detailed project requirements, including goals, brand guidelines, and target audience.

• Timely feedback throughout the design process is crucial. Delays in providing feedback may affect project timelines.

Communication

• We maintain open communication throughout your project.

Revisions

• We are committed to your satisfaction and offer a set number of revisions (e.g., 2-3) to ensure the final design meets your expectations.

Refund Policy

• Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for details on our satisfaction guarantee and refund structure.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

 Termination

• We may terminate these Terms or your access to our Services for any reason, at any time, with or without notice.

Governing Law

• These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Entire Agreement

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
